Overview:
PediaTrust, LLC is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapist to provide essential services to our patients at our Pediatric Day Health Center for Medically Fragile Children, ages birth to 21 years. (Competitive pay based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of referred patients to support their developmental skills.
- Adapt to various environmental settings and create individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs, recognizing that one approach may not work for every child.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
Employment Type: Contract
Schedule:
- Flexible hours and scheduling options.
- Hours will vary based on the caseload of patients requiring services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pediatric and/or special needs settings (required).
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Physical Therapy License (required).
- CPR Certification (preferred).
