Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our company’s fleet and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate fleet operations including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure fleet efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee the procurement of fleet vehicles and equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fleet performance and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee maintenance projects at each of our 5 locations
- Coordinate with all subs, generator contractors on all repairs. Assistance with bus route management
- Assist with GPS software
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate vehicle repairs
- Experience in project management related to fleet operations and facilities management
- Some travel required
